OSA 360 began with a simple observation: too many international buyers arrived on the Osa Peninsula full of dreams and left disappointed — tangled in legal issues, half-finished construction, or properties they couldn’t maintain.
We started with one purpose: to be the trusted local team that handles every step. From scouting the right plot to designing your home, securing permits, building it sustainably, and managing it for decades after — one team, one number to call.
Today we look after homes, eco-lodges, vacation rentals, and farms across the peninsula. Some clients we see every month. Others we haven’t met in person in years — they trust us to be their eyes and hands on the ground.
